Carlsen and Chess.com demand dismissal

The lawyers of World Champion Magnus Carlsen and Chess.com have formally asked the Eastern Missouri District Court to dismiss the 100-million-dollar lawsuit brought on behalf of Hans Niemann. By now 57 files are publicly listed in the court proceedings.
