Shahade sues USChess

17 months after not waiting for the result of US Chess investigation into alleged serial sexual abuses by Alejandro Ramirez, Jennifer Shahade has not waited out a mediation process but gone into offensive by filing a lawsuit against her former employer and chess writer Pete Tamburro for alleged retaliating against her.
